Job Summary: RPR Trades is seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing raw materials, powder coating, and working in a team environment.
About the Role:
- Prepare raw metal materials for powder coating
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply a smooth, even finish
- Read and follow plans and instructions to ensure accurate coating
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet production deadlines
- Perform workshop duties as directed by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Industrial experience in spray painting, sandblasting, or powder coating
- Forklift license preferred but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
