Talent Focus Recruitment is seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join a well-established company in Australia.

As a Powder Coating Operator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality powder-coating outcomes in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time position.

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for coating a variety of materials and fabricated products.
  • You will have a proven ability to work with precision and attention to detail, ensuring consistent quality in your work.
  • Good time management skills and a strong sense of initiative are essential for this role.
  • You will be part of a cohesive team, working together to achieve production goals.
  • Commitment to adopting safe work practices and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems are required.
  • You must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coating a variety of materials and fabricated products
  • Maintaining high-quality standards in your work
  • Working effectively in a team environment
  • Adopting and adhering to safe work practices
  • Participating in ongoing training and development

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary up to $40 per hour, depending on experience
  • A Monday to Friday work schedule, with start times as early as 7am

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a powder-coating role
  • Proven ability to work with precision and attention to detail
  • Good time management skills and a strong sense of initiative
