Deployment Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Deployment Manager to provide leadership and expertise in the implementation of our Business Operating System. The successful candidate will lead teams to ensure the adoption and application of BOS principles and practices across the enterprise, driving improvement and exceptional outcomes in key safety, productivity, and cultural metrics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate strategy into operational plans for the department
  • Communicate narratives about problems or ideas using visual representations to engage and motivate the audience
  • Assess change impacts and prepare integrated change management plans
  • Identify, engage, and manage diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan, track, and manage projects to generate value and drive achievement of project outcomes
  • Conduct presentations and facilitate workshops using storytelling to connect, influence, and engage the audience
  • Identify, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement activities/initiatives to improve safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of systems and processes
  • Apply business context, operating model, and ways of working to enhance decision-making, productivity, and value chain performance
Requirements
  • Degree or Professional qualification in business or related discipline
  • Proven leadership capability in a professional environment with solid interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Demonstrated experience leading system initiatives/projects, ideally in a global environment with high-profile stakeholders
  • Experience in stakeholder management in large, complex organisations
  • Exposure to industry is ideal but experience in other industries utilising an operating system founded on lean principles would be highly regarded
