This role is perfect for an individual who loves working in a casual, fun atmosphere and thrives in a retail environment. You will draw upon your knowledge of merchandise or operations to deliver merchandising excellence.

Job Description
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Coordinating the day to day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides and new product initiatives.
  • Contribute to the brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver merchandising excellence, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day merchandising activities, including planning, setting up displays and implementing new product initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
