\Key Job Responsibilities:\
As a NATA Technician, you will have the opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and problem-solving skills by carrying out inspections and tests on various equipment. \
You will be responsible for managing daily inspections and testing with the Defense Project Supervisor, ensuring equipment calibration for testing integrity, and completing accurate and timely documentation. Additionally, you will report and recommend equipment upgrades, promote safe work practices, participate in JHEA development and Safety meetings, build strong customer relationships, identify and implement innovative solutions to benefit the business, conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and participate in corrective actions, and complete administration tasks and identify training needs.\
\Requirements:\
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Trade Certificate, Technical Certificate, or Recognized Trade Equivalent, knowledge of NATA standard ISO 17025 requirements, a White Card, proven experience in a similar role, exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, ability to compile accurate survey reports and test certificates, strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and a focus on safety and compliance.\
\Desirable Qualifications:\
Possessing additional qualifications such as a Work Safely at Heights license, Confined Space Entry license, Forklift license, Dogging / Rigging ticket, Elevated Work Platform / Scaffolding ticket, Leadership Training, Fire Warden and Fire Fighting training, and First Aid / CPR qualification can be beneficial in this role.\
