We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Tamworth team as a multidisciplinary team lead. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant and social team that supports each other's challenges and successes.

As an OT with us, you will have the chance to work in various settings, including daycare centers, schools, and homes, as well as participate in outreach trips to regional areas. You will also be encouraged to share your knowledge and inspire junior clinicians through supervision and mentorship.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity to perform ADLs and IADLs.
  • Provide complex therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Supervise and mentor junior clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver comprehensive support.

**Requirements:**

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • A passion for working with vulnerable members of the community.
  • A desire to share knowledge and inspire junior clinicians.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary team.
