Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR expert to spearhead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across our organization, playing a pivotal role in driving the HR team's success.

This critical position requires a talented professional with experience in implementing and optimizing HRIS systems to support broader business objectives.

  • Lead the project from initiation to completion, collaborating closely with stakeholders in HR, IT, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure system alignment and success.
  • Optimize SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management.
  • Review and refine system configurations to align with business needs.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Support data validation efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of system information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to end users.
  • Maintain and update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives, including training materials development and process improvements.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong understanding of core HR processes.
  • Experience with system testing, issue tracking, and documentation, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical systems to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
