Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional People, Experience, and Technology (PXT) Leader to drive the development and implementation of our Human Resource strategy in support of our HR leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans and solutions with senior management.
  • Contribute broadly to our APJC and global HR teams, influencing beyond a local remit.
  • Determine HR goals based on business drivers and ensure HR addresses underlying people issues to help solve business challenges.
  • Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
  • Provide coaching to front-line managers and senior leaders.
  • Analyze business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience, to recommend systemic improvements.
  • Lead annual and mid-year review processes focusing on performance management and talent development.
  • Support compensation decisions, including salary planning and approval of salary actions.
  • Work with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.

The G&A PXT organization supports five distinct Stream organizations to scale and operate efficiently, despite each function operating independently.
