Highly Skilled Water Management Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hydraulic Modeller to join our multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and documenting work to industry-accepted standards by undertaking wastewater hydraulic modelling. Additionally, they will manage and deliver projects in a timely and technically competent manner in the wastewater hydraulic modelling area. Furthermore, they will represent us in client-facing roles and support hydrological and hydraulic modelling to assess wastewater networks, masterplanning and capacity assessments.
About the Role- Design and document work to industry-accepted standards using wastewater hydraulic modelling software.
- Manage and deliver projects in the wastewater hydraulic modelling area, ensuring timely and technically competent delivery.
- Represent us in client-facing roles, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Support hydrological and hydraulic modelling to assess wastewater networks, masterplanning and capacity assessments, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering (Civil) or a related discipline, with experience in wastewater networks design of medium-large scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Australian design standards, codes and practices, with a strong understanding of wastewater management principles.
- Established track record of wastewater hydraulic modelling for Australian water utilities / councils, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Proactive approach to personal and professional development, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Eligibility to attain CPEng or CPEng preferred, with a strong understanding of the importance of registration and certification in the industry.
- Experience with hydraulic modelling software such as InfoWorks (ICM, WS Pro), DHI (MIKE URBAN, MIKE+), Epanet or other similar software, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
