Early Childhood Education Leader

">We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 86-place centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and educators.">

  • This role requires you to ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

  • You will build strong relationships with families and foster a sense of community and trust. Additionally, you will collaborate with Area Directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals.

  • This role involves managing staffing, budgets, and ensuring all regulatory and WHS requirements are met.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).

  • Experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting.

  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and A&R preparation.

  • Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
