Junior Audio Visual Technician Role

We are seeking a motivated and willing-to-learn junior audio visual technician to cater to customer service requests and tickets, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in configuring, updating, and programming av components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cater to customer service requests and tickets
  • Configure, update, and program av components
  • Develop skills in a low-stress environment with support and training from industry leaders
  • Work as part of a team and adjust to an evolving position

Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic and desire to achieve best results
  • A positive attitude and flexibility
  • An attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • A valid driver's license and clean appearance
  • Strong written and verbal skills, confident interpersonal and communication skills, and intermediate computer skills in Microsoft office products

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with audio-visual equipment (installation and setup)
  • A general understanding of network infrastructure and basic skills working with power tools
