Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a team of retail specialists, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they reach their full potential
  • Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded
  • Provide a genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
  • Demonstrate a strong mix of leadership and management qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

Requirements:
  • Be a passionate customer service expert with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Motivate and engage a team to achieve business objectives, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Have experience in store operations management, with a strong understanding of retail practices and procedures
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) and have a flexible availability
