Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time Aged Carer.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance and treatments to residents as per their individual care plan and as directed by the Clinical Nurse Manager or delegate;
  • Work in cooperation with other carers and assist each other to provide high-quality care services;
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all residents' records;
  • Report any changes or concerns to the CNM/Supervisor;

Requirements:
  • A friendly, helpful, and tolerant attitude;

  • The ability to respond flexibly to changes in the environment;

  • Ability to liaise with all levels of management, staff, and residents;

  • Experience in residential aged care facilities is desirable but not essential;

Benefits:
  • A salary of $70,000 to $75,000 per annum plus superannuation;

  • Appointment is subject to a satisfactory National Police Certificate prior to commencing;
