Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum

About the Role:

  • Data Visualisation Expertise: Utilise Power BI to deliver data-driven insights and visualisations that inform business decisions.
  • Emerging Data Sets: Drive the implementation and validation of new data sets, including AI and Machine learning models.
  • Insight Delivery: Provide timely and accurate insights to stakeholders on current fraud typologies and trends.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineers and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are met.
  • Fraud Control Validation: Validate fraud controls implemented by clients to ensure adherence to the Cuscal Fraud Management Program.
  • Process Documentation: Document, deliver, and refine processes to create efficient and accurate insights.
  • Merchant Reviews: Conduct reviews for onboarding requests and ongoing risk monitoring, partnering with clients to assess fraud and scam risks.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in data analytics, financial crime, or criminology.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Proven experience in Databricks and SQL.
  • Demonstrated experience making recommendations through data-driven insights.
  • Experience using fraud detection systems, including rule writing.
