Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

 

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.

 

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of our company for our customers, ensuring exceptional service in each interaction. You will work within a friendly and inclusive environment, providing product and pricing advice, managing new orders and quotations, and resolving day-to-day enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone and email, managing quotes and queries.
  • Follow up on quotations and inquiries, converting these into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, warehouse, and sales departments, to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met.
  • Continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Willingness to grow, learn, and develop yourself.
  • Demonstrated computer competency, including MS Office.
