Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and sustain Saab's Enterprise Client Platforms and Management Systems, ensuring they meet the company's architectural principles and strategies.
  • System Support and Maintenance: Support system installations, problem-solving, and testing to ensure the availability, validity, and reliability of Saab's computing environments.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Work with and liaise with business and project teams to develop suitable solutions across a varied array of technologies.
  • Team Leadership and Support: Assist and support the Client Platform Team Leader with coordination of team tasks and activities, licensing and relationship management with vendors, and representation in IT operational meetings.
Requirements
  • Senior Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in a senior role, or similar, leading and/or supervising an operational team.
  • Client/End User Computing Experience: Hands-on experience working within a Client/End User Computing platform support team, or similar, supporting corporate and/or development client platforms.
  • Enterprise SOE Experience: Broad knowledge and experience deploying, administering, and managing enterprise SOE.
  • Technical Skills: Technical understanding and working knowledge of various technologies, including virtualization, Microsoft technologies, cloud services, endpoint control/management systems, scripting languages, and networking services.
