Join our dynamic team as a skilled bartender at one of Melbourne's premier rooftop bars.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the preparation and presentation of drinks, along with providing attentive service to our guests.

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
  • Engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock readiness.
  • Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and reporting low stock or supply needs.
  • Support special events and activations hosted at the bar, contributing ideas and energy.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
  • Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and service excellence.
  • Current Victorian RSA Certificate.
