We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our People and Culture team as an Advisor. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert support and advice across all areas of HR, including employee relations, industrial relations, organisational development, and compliance.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to step into team leadership and contribute to the success of our organisation. As an Advisor, you will lead key initiatives and processes with a methodical and thorough approach, from managing employee relations matters and salary reviews to driving people and culture initiatives and events, training delivery, and policy implementation.

About the Role

  • Provide strategic and operational HR support across remuneration, communications, health wellbeing, learning and development, and organisational development
  • Lead complex employment relations matters, including investigations and performance management
  • Oversee salary reviews, data audits, and compliance-related reporting
  • Manage industrial relations advice and guidance, including modern award interpretation and Fair Work legislation updates
  • Drive projects and programs including rewards and recognition, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate on recruitment, training, and leadership development strategies
