We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Windsor, a modern care home located in Melbourne's south. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, working closely with a team of carers to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a care team to deliver high-quality, person-first care to residents
- Prepare and maintain accurate care plans and assessments
- Ensure safe medication administration and best practice wound care
- Support the Clinical Care Manager with ACFI assessments and quality care documentation
- Actively engage in handovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care
- Registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Market competitive salaries and salary sacrifice on superannuation
- Eligibility for Government payment up to $3,700 after 12 months service with Bupa Aged Care
- Guaranteed rostered shifts for permanent employees
- Relocation and accommodation assistance if relocating
- Internal transfers across our care homes
