Lead Cafe Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cafe operations manager to join our team. As a lead cafe operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our top-performing cafes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing cafe operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. About the Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and driving loyalty

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in cafe or restaurant management
  • Proven track record of success in managing cafe operations, including staff management and customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures
