Oshc Qualified Service Director

This is a part-time opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced OSHC Service Director to lead a passionate team, creating a supportive work atmosphere and delivering outstanding programs that promote children's growth and development.

The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire continuous learning and professional development among educators, sharing knowledge on best practices, policy developments, and community changes.

As an OSHC Service Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education programs for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.

Requirements:

  • ACECQA Qualification.
  • HLTAID009 Provide CPR.
  • HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.
  • Certificate of completion
