Senior Case Planning Leader

Key Role Overview:
The leader of case planning is responsible for endorsing case plans under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
This involves working with children, young people, and families to provide optimal capacity for change. The role requires the ability to assess risks and integrate theory and practice while demonstrating expertise through case management.
The successful candidate will be committed to continually improving their skills and knowledge to further develop their professional practice.
Responsibilities:
- Risk assessment and analysis: This involves gathering information from various sources and technologies to identify and plan for risks in each situation.
- Child centred and family focused relationship-based practice: This focuses on the child and incorporates the family and social network to deliver timely and proactive solutions.
- Problem solving: This involves integrating knowledge and internal insight with leading practice and research to address problems.
This role may require operating outside normal office hours and participating in an on-call roster.
