Job Title: R&D Tax Manager

 

The Role:

  • Lead client engagements from initial discussions and eligibility assessments to documentation and strategic advice.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients involved in technical, scientific, or high-impact commercial projects.
  • Translate technical concepts into structured, accurate submissions and reports.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stay updated on policy developments and contribute to internal capabilities and process improvements.
  2. Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in R&D advisory, innovation incentives, or related technical/consulting fields.
  • Qualifications in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Law, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical ideas in a business context.
  • Experience managing client relationships and multiple deliverables.
