Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive cardiac care, carrying out advanced assessments, prescribing treatments, and coordinating diagnostic investigations to support patients throughout their health journey. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, empowering patients and families in their care decisions, and fostering strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect.

As a Cardiac Care Professional, you will also mentor and guide fellow clinicians, contribute to service improvements, and participate in research and innovation that shapes cardiology practice. This role offers the opportunity to combine expert clinical care with leadership, education, and advocacy – ensuring patients receive the highest quality, person-centred care.
