Senior Accounts Receivable Professional

The RoleReporting to the General Manager – Business Services, you will lead the entire Accounts Receivable function, ensuring efficient processing, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will drive operational efficiency, optimize cash flow, and align AR processes with ABN Group's high standards of financial integrity.
- Billing Operations: Standardize and streamline billing operations and process, maintaining scalability and efficiency across the business.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior leaders on initiatives ensuring optimal outcomes are achieved.
- Collections Management: Oversee collections management procedures, ensuring strict adherence to contractual obligations.
- Data Management: Ensure compliance of customer data management processes with relevant privacy regulations and company policies, safeguarding sensitive information.
- Audit Support: Facilitate and coordinate responses to audit queries, ensuring timely and accurate provision of information.
- Customer Master Data: Lead the maintenance and accuracy of customer master data, implementing verification protocols and performing regular audits.
As an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager, you should have a strong financial background, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and a proven track record in optimizing accounts receivable processes through standardization and automation.

- Proficient Skills: Proficient in billing operations, including invoice accuracy, and contractual compliance.
- Data Security: Well-versed in customer data privacy regulations and maintaining data security in line with industry standards.
- Financial Systems: Expertise in using financial and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Data Quality: Strong understanding of data quality practices for maintaining and verifying customer master data, as well as conducting regular data audits.
- Accounting Standards: In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and their application in financial reporting.
- Period-End Closing: Experience in period-end closing procedures, preparing for audits, and ensuring compliance.
- Qualifications: Qualification in Finance or Accounting (CA, CPA, or equivalent) desired.
- Finance Master Data: Strong understanding of finance master data management and data integrity controls.
