Operational Lead

The Everyday Banking Operations team is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Retail customers. As a key member of our Chief Operating Office (COO), you will oversee a team of customer service specialists, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide outstanding support to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members. They will also have sound knowledge of Commercial loans or business products, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service specialists to deliver exceptional service to Retail customers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and abilities
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sound knowledge of Commercial loans or business products
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
