Key Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our catering operations across multiple education facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the smooth delivery of catering services, ensuring high levels of quality, innovation and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage budgets, resources and teams to optimize operational efficiency and costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the education sector with understanding of its nuances and challenges.
  • Experience in contract catering and its requirements, including managing budgets and resources.
  • Proven track record of managing catering operations, leading diverse teams and achieving results.
  • Significant experience operating across multi-site delivery, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
