Senior Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused risk professional with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. This role is expected to commence in the near future.
The Department seeks a high-level risk management expert who will deliver audit and risk management expertise to address organisational accountability and support a broad client need across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving the organisation's risk management and business continuity frameworks. They will also undertake research and data analysis on risk practices, contribute to risk assessment programs and provide operational input into the review of control strategies and accountability mechanisms.
Additionally, they will engage with business areas across the organisation to deliver targeted training, guidance and resources that build local capability in managing operational risks and business continuity.
They will also deliver high-quality advice and support effective risk governance to strengthen enterprise resilience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in risk management, business continuity or incident management in a complex organisational setting.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to strategic and complex problems.
