Job Description

The Director, Legal is a highly autonomous role with a key focus on construction disputes management and litigation including intellectual property insolvency.

This position requires an experienced legal practitioner with solid recent experience managing disputes in infrastructure/construction environments.

  • As a trusted legal advisor to the School Infrastructure team, this Director will provide accurate timely strategic legal advice support on complex matters to senior staff executives.
About You
  • You are a seasoned professional with demonstrated relevant experience managing disputes similar contexts.
  • Solid senior level experience fostering collaboration participation essential for success.
  • To succeed you need appropriate tertiary qualifications law admission as a legal practitioner unrestricted practicing certificate.
  • At least 10 years post-qualification experience construction preferably back-end managing construction disputes litigation required.
  • A valid clearance working children (Working with Children Check) mandatory.
