Planning and Environment Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our planning and environment team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have between 3-6 years' experience from a reputable practice or in-house role with exposure to property law and some experience in planning and environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-level advice on a wide range of planning matters, including development applications, merits appeals, due diligence, compulsory acquisition compensation claims, contaminated sites, and other planning agreements.
  • Supporting partners in providing administrative law and compliance advice.
Key Requirements:
  • Between 3-6 years' experience.
  • Relevant experience in property law and some experience in planning and environment.
  • Excellent legal advice skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
