Concession Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to drive engagement, build a high-performing team culture, and deliver exceptional customer service within our concession pad.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable and seamless experience for customers, empowering the team through ongoing training and mentoring, and working collaboratively with leadership to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role supervising teams of up to 5 staff
  • An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously
  • A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPI's
  • An eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • A genuine desire to be part of our team and alignment with our values
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
