We are seeking part-time Home Care Employees to join our team in Dubbo due to increasing demand for support in Home & Community Care services.

  • Personal Care: Assist with daily tasks such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene to ensure clients' comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  • Household Assistance: Support clients with cleaning, meal preparation, and general household tasks to maintain a safe and tidy living environment.
  • Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities, ensuring they can access essential services and maintain their independence.
  • Social Engagement: Foster social interaction and provide companionship, offering emotional support to improve clients' quality of life and overall well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective Communication Skills
  • An Empathic and Caring Approach
  • Ability to Work Unsupervised and as Part of a Team
  • Access to a Fully Maintained and Insured Vehicle
  • Strong Planning and Organisational Skills
  • Competency with Smartphones/Tablets or Willingness to Learn
  • Physical Fitness for Manual Handling and Extended Periods of Standing/Sitting

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Essential)
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR or Willingness to Obtain
  • Current Unrestricted Australian Driver’s License
