Early Childhood Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Educator to lead our Nursery Room at Goodstart Watsonia. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

About the Role:

  • Take charge of the Nursery Room, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for our young students
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices
  • Work closely with the Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Promote a culture of safety, inclusivity, and respect among your team members and students

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victoria Working with Children Check

  • A competitive salary of AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, depending on experience
