Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to develop and implement engaging learning experiences that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity working across the Nursery/Toddler room in our 92-place centre. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team who share your passion for early childhood education. Our centre is located near public transport, local shops, and library, making it an ideal location for those looking for a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive early childhood education programs that align with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being of all children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that reflect Goodstart's values and commitment to child safety.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and partnerships.

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Victoria).
