Position Summary :

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead key projects related to natural resource management. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with government partners and internal teams to deliver project outcomes that make a tangible difference to our communities.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience is highly regarded. Experience working within a Not-for-Profit organisation would be beneficial, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Salesforce CRM.

Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with your ability to think critically and strategically, will enable you to drive project success and contribute to the growth of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage concurrent projects, overseeing resource allocation, milestones, and budget.

Provide timely project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Collaborate with Business Partners, Program Team members, and other stakeholders to develop joint media and communications strategies.

BUILD STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS THE STATE.

Identify and mitigate internal and external project risks, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Deliver project outcomes within budget expectations, meeting agreed-upon milestones and deadlines.

Consolidate and communicate project results to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Job Benefits :
