About the Role:

The Nuclear Medicine Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of imaging at St Vincent's Clinic Medical Imaging & Nuclear Medicine's Nuclear Medicine department and managing the overall quality of its work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to supporting SVCMI&NM management and quality improvement
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to promote the department with referrers
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of imaging and managing the overall quality of work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Applied Science / Medical Radiations in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent
  • Experience sufficient to permit eligibility for accreditation by the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nuclear Medicine (ANZSNM)
  • Current Medical Radiation Practitioner registration with AHPRA to practise as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
