About the Role

The University of Melbourne is seeking an experienced Operational Planning Manager to join our Corporate Development team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic operational plans for the University's estate partnership model.

In this role, you will work closely with various University divisions to create, implement, and manage operational plans, processes, and procedures to support key strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead operating plans for the University's estate partnerships model, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Review existing operational planning practices to identify opportunities for strategic alignment and consistency across the University.
  • Manage complex internal enquiries, providing high-level advice, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in dealing with large, complex commercial property portfolios.
  • Proven expertise in working with commercial property operations and developing effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience in developing operating plans for large, complex, mixed-use property portfolios.
