Medical Registrar Opportunity

A locum medical registrar position is available in a private hospital, offering a unique chance to gain experience in general medicine, paediatrics, or other relevant specialties.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner and be well-versed in covering wards on 24-hour shifts.

  • The hospital boasts 129 beds, 8 operating theatres, 5 delivery suites, a dedicated Day Surgery Unit, and a Day Oncology Centre.
  • Services include Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Maternity, Rehabilitation, Heart Centre, Endoscopy Centre, Day Surgery, General Medicine, and Paediatrics.

Located in a natural setting, the region offers a range of attractions, including National Parks, golf courses, art galleries, historic railway walks, waterfalls, marine and Australian reptile parks, and Aboriginal Culture Park.

Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner is essential for this role.
