Support Children and Young People in Their Development

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Independent Visiting service. Our volunteers play a vital role in supporting children and young people who are currently in the care of their local authority.
- This is a long-term commitment, requiring a minimum of 24 months with one visit per month.
The role involves matching you with a child or young person based on your common interests. Activities can range from going to the cinema, bowling, or playing sports together.
You do not need experience working with children and young people; we provide full training and support to ensure you feel confident and equipped for the role.
We have several young people waiting for an Independent Visitor, each with their unique needs and preferences. Some may require help building confidence, while others may benefit from learning new skills.
Your role will be to provide a positive influence and support the development of these young people. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives and watch them grow and thrive.
