Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Practice professional nursing by adhering to AHPRA professional standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements, and Healthscope's policies and processes.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in team processes and practices, and maintaining professional and constructive working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless care transitions and high-quality patient outcomes across the healthcare continuum.
- Develop and maintain clinical expertise by staying up-to-date with best practices, participating in ongoing education and training, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Post Graduate Certificate in Critical Care/Intensive Care or 3 years' experience in ICU.
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused.
- Flexibility to work a full rotating roster.
