We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team at Facilinet Building Maintenance (FBM) as a Public Area Cleaner.

About the Role:

  • Clean hotel and related public areas to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Maintain equipment and adhere to safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at work on time, dressed in the required attire, and conform to the hotel's grooming standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow all Work Health and Safety procedures and implement environmentally friendly practices.
  • Support and adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures regarding discrimination, bullying, harassment, and equal employment opportunity.
  • Be familiar with fire and emergency procedures, as well as the hotel's alert and evacuation protocols.
  • Understand and comply with all hotel and FBM policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in hospitality or cleaning is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
  • Australia work authorization is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Work in person at a hotel location.
