Afternoon Nanny Wanted

Seeking a caring and reliable nanny to assist with two girls (5 and 7 years old) in their home in Wahroonga, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caring for the children
  • Following routines
  • Taking them to after school activities
  • Preparing snacks

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a nanny or in a childcare setting
  • Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Current Working With Children's Check
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Non-smoking
  • Able to swim/supervise
  • Full driver's license and clean driving record (to drive family vehicle)

Contract Details:

  • Start date: To be discussed
  • Contract length: 12 months preferred
  • Pay: $45 per hour

Days & Hours:

Monday: 3:00 pm – 6:15 pm

Tuesday: 3:00 pm – 6:15 pm

Wednesday: 3:00 pm – 6:15 pm

Thursday: 3:00 pm – 6:15 pm

Warm, friendly, and responsive individual who can actively engage with the girls is required. They should be able to pick them up from school, take them to after school activities, give them a snack, and supervise afternoon play.

The ideal candidate will be organized, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable, able to follow routines, and have strong communication skills.

Additional Information:

  • Carer's responsibilities include caring for the children, following their routine, taking them to after school activities, preparing snacks.
  • Family's expectations include 3+ years of experience, current first aid certificate, current Working With Children's Check, strong communication skills, non-smoking, able to swim/supervise, full driver's license and clean driving record.
