We are currently seeking a highly skilled Coffee Specialist to join our dynamic team at one of our Sydney cafes.

Requirements

  • A strong foundation in Barista skills on commercial machines, including experience with latte art.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy cafe or hospitality setting.
