Customer Service Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering operational activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering effective administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity; processing transactions; inventory management and stock integrity; customer communication and marketing activity.
  • Contributing to financial performance through effective expense management and inventory optimization.
  • Managing all sales channel fulfillment in line with procedures.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a consistent positive customer experience and effectively resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Contributing to brand experience through quality presentation and in-store marketing.
  • Continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and development opportunities.
