Senior IT Sales Support

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a hybrid role involving superior customer service and technical support. This position will involve processing orders and quotes, answering inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and volume licensing questions via phone or email.

About the Role
  • This is a flexible opportunity that can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
  • The manager for this role has extensive experience in the IT industry and oversees a team of professionals across multiple locations.

In this role, you will:

  • Service accounts by providing expert technical guidance and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise and Public Sector clients on all licensing matters.
  • Assist in educating customers about our services and solutions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and product offerings.
  • Nurture relationships with vendor partners to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to end-of-month/quarter sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an IT sales support role, working with Enterprise &/or Public Sector clients.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Licensing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organizational skills and multitasking abilities to coordinate team efforts.
