As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with national corporate/direct tax partners on various matters including tax structuring, financing, tax due diligence, contract drafting, and general income tax advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on tax structuring, financing, tax due diligence, contract drafting, and general income tax advice.
  • Collaborating with national corporate/direct tax partners on various matters.
  • Providing expert advice on corporate income tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and capital reorganisations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience and technical expertise in tax.
  • Strong plain English drafting skills and the ability to explain complex issues to clients clearly and concisely.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and technical excellence.
  • Client-focused and committed to forming enduring relationships with clients and industry experts.
