Key Responsibilities:- Apply expertise in both formal and informal engagements, enjoying a mix of compliance and advisory work.
- Manage overall client engagement, including relationship management, tax compliance, and advisory.
- Build relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities.
- Involvement in business development opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in tax compliance and process-based activities.
- Provide coaching, support, and inspirational leadership to team members.
A strong understanding of corporate tax and advisory is essential, as well as a proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services. Ownership and accountability are key.
Requirements:- University degree in a related discipline.
- CA/CPA, CTA, or other relevant industry accreditation.
- Demonstrated experience and technical skills in corporate tax and advisory.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring team members.
