Cafe Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cafe Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

The successful applicant will be responsible for taking part in all-rounder cafe tasks, delivering high quality customer service to residents, and working effectively as part of a team. You will enjoy a positive work environment that values individual contributions and supports the growth of its staff members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making tea and coffee
  • Basic food preparation
  • Working to achieve and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Cash handling

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Barista, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to work unsupervised with a positive and warm approach to engage with residents and brighten up their day. A minimum of 3-4 days' availability is required to cover 8:30am - 3:30pm shifts.
