About Us

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Organiser.

As an Organiser, you will be responsible for providing information, support, advice, and representation to members on issues affecting their working lives.

You will operate in a complex and constantly changing environment, requiring flexibility and openness to new ideas and approaches.

The successful applicant will have a passion for social justice and community campaigning or experience with progressive organisations or social justice causes.

They will also possess high-level communication skills, be confident and enjoy dealing with people over the phone, and be capable of dealing with peak inbound call demands.

In addition, they will have a strong commitment to union values and principles, helping others and making a contribution to society.
