We seek a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team, someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and self-care, as required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement behaviour support plans that meet individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring seamless communication between team members.

**Requirements**:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in home and community settings.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion.

**Job Type**: Casual.

**Pay: From $38.00 per hour.

**Work Authorisation:** Australia (required).

**Work Location:** In-person.
